Job description
Our global insurance client is seeking a remote temporary UX Product Designer to support and optimize customer-facing digital sales experiences in an agile environment. This role focuses on iterative testing, user-centered design, and cross-functional collaboration to drive conversion and improve the end-to-end customer journey., * Design and enhance digital sales experiences with a focus on usability and conversion
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, and Design teams in agile squads
- Support A/B testing and iterative improvements, evolving into more strategic design work
- Translate complex requirements into intuitive, user-centered solutions
- Contribute to user research, usability testing, and continuous optimization
Requirements
- 5+ years of UX/Product Design experience (agile preferred)
- Experience designing customer-facing sales or conversion-driven experiences
- Strong proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, components required)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Portfolio showcasing relevant work (required)
Preferred
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or healthcare
