Job description

  • Design and develop scalable backend systems and robust application architectures
  • Build and maintain high-performance APIs, webhooks, and distributed systems
  • Develop AI-powered applications leveraging LLMs and modern frameworks
  • Collaborate on frontend development using React and contribute to mobile-ready solutions
  • Lead technical initiatives and mentor junior engineers
  • Work cross-functionally with product and design teams to deliver end-to-end solutions

Requirements

  • 8 10 years of professional software engineering experience
  • Proven track record of building and shipping full-stack applications in production
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive projects independently

Backend & Data

  • Strong proficiency in Python, Node.js, or similar backend technologies
  • Advanced SQL skills with experience in data warehouses such as Redshift or Snowflake
  • Experience designing data models and building ETL/ELT pipelines
  • Expertise in building scalable APIs (REST and/or GraphQL)
  • Familiarity with orchestration tools like Airflow, Dagster, or Prefect

Frontend

  • Strong experience with React, Next.js, or similar modern frameworks
  • Ability to build data-driven dashboards and intuitive user interfaces
  • Experience handling asynchronous data flows, state management, and performance optimization
  • Exposure to data visualization tools (e.g., D3, Recharts) is a plus

Cloud & Infrastructure

  • Experience with AWS services such as S3, Lambda, Redshift, or similar
  • Solid understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and performance optimization
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment practices
