Job description
A Junior Cloud Engineer is responsible for supporting the design, deployment, and maintenance of cloud-based infrastructure and services. This role involves working with cloud platforms to ensure scalability, security, and high availability of applications and systems., * Assist in deploying and managing cloud infrastructure on platforms like Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Monitor cloud systems to ensure performance, availability, and reliability
- Support the configuration and maintenance of virtual machines, storage, and networking
- Assist in implementing security best practices and access controls
- Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related issues
- Work with DevOps and development teams for application deployments
- Automate routine tasks using scripts and tools
- Manage cloud resources and optimize costs
- Maintain documentation for cloud infrastructure and processes
- Follow cloud architecture and operational best practices, * Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform
- Tools: Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes
- Monitoring: CloudWatch, Azure Monitor

Requirements
- Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts and services
- Familiarity with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
- Knowledge of Linux/Windows operating systems
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, VPN)
- Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash)
- Knowledge of version control systems (Git)
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, * Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of cloud security principles
- Exposure to monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Stackdriver)
- Knowledge of DevOps practices
