Job description
Build and maintain React-based user interfaces. Assist with backend development using C# and ASP.NET. Write SQL Server queries and assist with validating production data. Support CMS templates and content workflows. Assist with testing, debugging, deployments, and live production fixes. Participate in performance improvements and modernization initiatives. Document systems, workflows, and code patterns. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to solve real business problems.

We are seeking a Junior Full-Stack Web Developer who is motivated, curious, and highly driven. This role is designed for someone who wants real responsibility, real production exposure, and the opportunity to grow quickly by doing meaningful work. This is not a passive support role. We are looking for a builder who takes pride in learning fast, solving problems, and doing what it takes to get the job done.
This position supports daily platform maintenance while contributing to new features, performance improvements, and ongoing modernization initiatives. It is ideal for someone who is hungry to grow, comfortable working through ambiguity, and eager to take ownership of real production systems., Core Competencies: Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. High personal accountability and work ethic. Comfort working through unfamiliar technical challenges. Foundational knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and C#. Willingness to learn SQL Server and cloud infrastructure tools. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, IT, or related field (or graduating within 12 months). Personal projects, portfolios, or hands-on coursework demonstrating initiative are strongly valued., Self-directed and proactive. Comfortable working on live production systems with mentorship. Willing to dig into problems, research solutions, and see tasks through to completion. Able to manage priorities and execution without close supervision. Highly dependable and adaptable.
