AI Automation Analyst

• Build and deploy production-grade automations and AI agents across back-office functions
• Integrate existing enterprise systems (no rip-and-replace) using APIs, ETL, and workflow tools
• Automate reporting and data pipelines to replace manual spreadsheets
• Own execution of high-impact AI initiatives from idea to deployment

• 4+ years in automation, software engineering, or applied AI development (Claude)
• Strong Python and SQL; experience with APIs and multi-system integrations
• Hands-on experience deploying LLM-based solutions into real workflows
• Comfort operating with ambiguity and shipping solutions quickly
• Experience in multi-entity or complex enterprise environments is a plus
• Someone truly curious about AI and how to apply it to functions

This role reports directly to an executive leader and has high visibility, ownership, and impact.

Depending on skill set and experience, this role will pay $100k-$120k base + 15%+ bonus.
