Job description

This role will support a Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Transformation program by driving day-to-day execution, ensuring workstreams progress to plan, and maintaining alignment across engineering, operations, and leadership stakeholders. The position is responsible for end-to-end program coordination, delivery tracking, and ensuring project structure and governance are consistently applied., * Manage daily/weekly tracking of deliverables, epics, stories, and tasks across the SRE transformation roadmap

  • Maintain high-quality program artefacts including plans, status reports, dashboards, and action logs
  • Proactively identify delivery risks, issues, and dependencies; maintain and drive the issues log
  • Monitor workstream progress and ensure deadlines and milestones are met
  • Run SRE transformation working groups, including planning agendas, preparing content, and driving follow-up actions
  • Support governance routines and ensure alignment with broader Enterprise Technology frameworks
  • Facilitate cross-functional coordination between SRE, Engineering, Operations, and partner organizations
  • Produce polished decks, presentations, and executive-ready updates based on leadership input
  • Consolidate project updates into clear narratives for senior stakeholders and partner teams
  • Maintain Jira/Agile artefacts
  • Track and report on KPIs, OKRs, and delivery metrics relevant to SRE transformation
  • Synthesize data into actionable insights and raise early warnings where needed
  • Assist with budget tracking and forecasting

Requirements

  • 7 years in project/program management within technology or engineering organizations
  • Strong experience delivering large-scale technology transformation or operational excellence programs
  • Expertise with Agile methodologies, particularly Jira, epics/stories management, and sprint-based tracking
  • Exceptional written communication skills, particularly in creating executive-level slides and concise summaries
  • Strong organizational discipline and ability to manage complex workflows with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to run structured meetings, keep momentum, and ensure accountability across teams
  • Experience maintaining and driving issues logs, dependency maps, and program dashboards
  • Demonstrated ability to operate with discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail

Desired skills:

  • Experience working in complex enterprise environments with multi-team delivery structures
  • Experience supporting or working within Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or modern operations environments
  • Prior work with enterprise-scale technology organizations, ideally within regulated industries
  • Familiarity with SRE concepts such as SLIs/SLOs, error budgets, operational readiness, and observability
  • Experience driving cultural or organizational change across engineering and support teams
  • Background in process optimization, change management, or continuous improvement
  • Ability to simplify complexity and develop crisp, compelling narratives for senior leadership
