This is a hands-on delivery role requiring strong coordination, communication, and project controls to ensure successful outcomes across multiple stakeholders, including senior leadership. Key Success Factors

  • Clear, concise project reporting and communication across project teams, vendors, internal partners, and executive leadership
  • Highly organized project planning and coordination, including meeting facilitation, follow-ups, and proactive management of action items, risks, and issues
  • Strong budget and scope oversight, effectively managing scope creep and maintaining delivery within approved financial targets

Responsibilities Project Leadership & Execution

  • Lead enterprise application projects through full lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, testing, deployment, and stabilization
  • Develop and manage integrated project plans, including milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate day-to-day activities across IT, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors

Governance, Reporting & Communication

  • Establish project governance structure and meeting cadence (working sessions, status updates, executive reviews)
  • Deliver clear, executive-level reporting on schedule, scope, budget, risks, and key decisions
  • Ensure all action items, decisions, and commitments are documented and tracked to completion

Risk, Issue & Change Management (RAID)

  • Maintain and actively manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
  • Proactively mitigate risks and resolve issues through escalation when necessary
  • Implement structured change control processes to assess and manage impacts to scope, schedule, and cost

Budget & Vendor Management

  • Track project budgets, forecasts, and vendor spend against approved funding
  • Identify variances early and implement corrective actions
  • Oversee vendor performance and validate deliverables against scope and acceptance criteria

Testing, Deployment & Stabilization

  • Coordinate testing strategy, including UAT planning, defect tracking, and readiness assessments
  • Lead go-live and cutover planning activities
  • Ensure operational readiness, documentation handoff, and post-deployment support
  • Drive knowledge transfer and interim support to ensure system stability

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading enterprise application projects, including system upgrades or implementations
  • Strong execution skills in project planning, scheduling, RAID management, change control, and budget tracking
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage external vendors
  • Excellent communication skills with experience delivering executive-level updates
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills, including meeting facilitation and action tracking

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with EHS or compliance systems (e.g., environmental, health & safety platforms)
  • Background working with enterprise systems such as ERP, HCM, or similar platforms
  • Experience supporting environmental or regulatory compliance initiatives (Air Compliance a plus)
  • Experience with system migrations, upgrades, or platform transitions
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification
