- Manage ticket queues to ensure timely resolution and compliance with defined SLAs.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to resolve incidents and implement permanent fixes.
- Knowledge on ITSM processes and tool (ServiceNow).
- Participate in and support Disaster Recovery (DR) drills and ensure application readiness.
- Expertise in monitoring of applications, jobs and environments.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for support processes, known issues, and resolutions.

Requirements
A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills. The ability to handle end to end SDLC phases from requirement gathering to implementation. A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks. A passion for design and hands-on coding experience A proactive approach to testing, troubleshooting, and refining our applications. The ability to work with cross-functional teams and do software integration., * Excellent Communications and client interaction skills along with exceptional written and verbal skills as well as technical documentation., * Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
