Senior UX/UI Designer

As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will lead the design of user experiences and interfaces for innovative healthcare solutions. You'll work independently on multiple projects, partnering with cross-functional teams to translate business strategies into compelling design solutions. This role requires a balance of creativity, strategic thinking, and deep empathy for users., * Lead end-to-end design projects from strategy and research through implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Develop and deliver design insights and solutions that enhance product usability and brand experience.
• Collaborate across disciplines-including product management, engineering, and marketing-to co-author design briefs and translate requirements into actionable design objectives.
• Produce high-quality UX/UI deliverables (wireframes, prototypes, visual designs) that meet strategic objectives with minimal supervision.
• Conduct and interpret user research, usability testing, and market trend analysis to inform design decisions.
• Mentor and coach junior designers, providing guidance on best practices and design standards.
• Maintain brand and accessibility guidelines, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Actively participate in design reviews, presenting concepts and influencing stakeholders with clear rationale.
• Stay curious and innovative, exploring new tools, methods, and trends to elevate design quality., Onboarding Requirement: To improve the onboarding experience, you will have an opportunity to meet with your manager and other new employees as part of the Solventum new employee orientation. As a result, new employees hired for this position will be required to travel to a designated company location for on-site onboarding during their initial days of employment. • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping platforms.
• Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles.

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $107,600 - $147,950, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
