10+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM)
Proven experience architecting and implementing solutions using tools such as:
Delinea Secret Server / Privilege Manager (MUST HAVE)
Centrify Server Suite
Okta or similar Identity Providers

Strong expertise in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and hybrid environments

Hands-on experience with automation and configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Pulumi, DSC)

Proficiency in scripting/programming (PowerShell, Python, Bash; Golang a plus)

Experience integrating disparate systems and enterprise applications

Strong understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with containerization and virtualization technologies (Docker, VMware, KVM/QEMU)
Background in building lab environments for testing and validation
Industry certifications in PAM, IAM, or cloud technologies
Experience with large-scale enterprise migrations and transformation initiatives
