Requirements Management: Elicit, analyze, and manage technical requirements from stakeholders. You'll translate "needs" into "specifications."

System Architecture: Define the high-level structure of the solution, including how different components interact and interface with one another.

Risk Management: Identify potential technical risks (failure points) early in the design cycle and develop mitigation strategies.

Systems Engineering Coaching: Interface with systems engineers systems engineer to ensure smooth implementation of architecture and provide guidance.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the central point of contact between mechanical, electrical, and software engineering teams to resolve technical conflicts.
Requirements
- Education: Master's degree or higher education Electrical, Electronics , Aerospace, or Systems Engineering.
- Tools: Experience with MBSE (Model-Based Systems Engineering) MATLAB/Simulink, and requirements tools like Polarion or IBM DOORS.
- Analysis: Ability to perform Trade Studies, FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), and Root Cause Analysis.
