Job description

  • Requirements Management: Elicit, analyze, and manage technical requirements from stakeholders. You'll translate "needs" into "specifications."

  • System Architecture: Define the high-level structure of the solution, including how different components interact and interface with one another.

  • Risk Management: Identify potential technical risks (failure points) early in the design cycle and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Systems Engineering Coaching: Interface with systems engineers systems engineer to ensure smooth implementation of architecture and provide guidance.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the central point of contact between mechanical, electrical, and software engineering teams to resolve technical conflicts.

Requirements

  • Education: Master's degree or higher education Electrical, Electronics , Aerospace, or Systems Engineering.
  • Tools: Experience with MBSE (Model-Based Systems Engineering) MATLAB/Simulink, and requirements tools like Polarion or IBM DOORS.
  • Analysis: Ability to perform Trade Studies, FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), and Root Cause Analysis.

Nice to Have A background in:

  • defense systems engineering

  • architecting/doing systems design complex military systems

  • Vehicular integration projects

You will be responsible for the "big picture" of our solution development, ensuring that all subsystems (mechanical, electrical, and thermal) work together seamlessly to meet customer requirements.
