Job description
- Design and develop modern GUI applications for electronic test and measurement systems
- Build data visualisation tools (real-time plots, dashboards, spectrum displays)
- Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and engineering teams to translate workflows into user-friendly interfaces
- Integrate GUIs with instrument control protocols (e.g. SCPI, USB, Ethernet, serial)
- Optimise performance for real-time data acquisition environments
- Contribute to UX/UI design, wireframes, and workflow improvements
- Develop automated testing tools to ensure reliability and usability
- Support internal teams and customers by troubleshooting and improving GUI functionality
Requirements
- Experience in web or software development
- Strong front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience with UX/UI design principles
- Good aptitude for software development and problem-solving
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
Desirable:
- Experience interfacing software with hardware devices
- Knowledge of RF, electronics, or measurement systems
- Exposure to embedded systems or automated test environments
