Are you a recent engineering graduate looking to launch your career in one of the UK's most technically demanding and rewarding sectors?, You'll be supported from day one as you get to grips with control system software design across a range of complex, safety-critical client projects. Working with PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems, you'll develop your technical skills across the full project lifecycle - from initial requirements and design through to build, testing, installation, and commissioning.
This isn't a background role. You'll take real ownership of your work, contribute to technical documentation, liaise with clients, and be an active part of a multi-disciplinary engineering team.
Requirements
- A degree (minimum 2:1) in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Control Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- A genuine interest in control systems, automation, or software engineering
- Any exposure to PLC, SCADA, or HMI - whether through university, placement, or personal projects - is a real advantage
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
