Job description
Learning Design
- Design and build training for systems, software tools, and AI platforms
- Create video-based learning aligned to workplace use cases
- Ensure simulations are intuitive, engaging, and aligned to learning objectives
AI & Digital Tools Learning
- Develop training focused on AI tools (e.g. copilots, generative AI, automation workflows)
- Stay up to date with emerging workplace technologies
- Use AI tools to support content creation and prototyping
Requirements
- Experience as a Learning Designer, Instructional Designer, or Systems Trainer
- Hands-on experience creating systems simulations or software walkthroughs
- Experience with digital tools / AI platforms,
- Experience using authoring tools (e.g. Storyline, Rise, Evolve, WalkMe, Whatfix, or similar)
- Experience with creating Videos and leading webinars
- Strong interest in AI, digital tools, and emerging technologies
