Job description
Lead the end-to-end cloud and data architecture for Global MarTech & AdTech engineering on Google Cloud Platform. This role owns platform design, security, networking, governance, and reference architectures, working closely with product owners, marketing technology teams, and global engineering squads., * Define target-state and transitional architectures for MarTech & AdTech on Google Cloud Platform.
- Design secure cloud foundations: IAM, VPCs, networking, KMS, org policies, logging, monitoring.
- Architect ingestion, processing, activation, and integration patterns using: Pub/Sub, Dataflow, Cloud Run/Functions, Composer, BigQuery.
- Establish standards for: Terraform-based Infrastructure as Code
- CI/CD, environment management, and release controls
- Drive resiliency, scalability, reliability, and cost optimization (FinOps).
- Produce architecture artifacts (HLD/LLD, ADRs, threat models, and runbooks).
- Guide and review offshore engineering implementations.
Requirements
- 8 12+ years of architecture experience; 3 5+ years on Google Cloud Platform.
- Deep hands-on experience with Terraform and IaC.
- Strong expertise in enterprise security and cloud governance.
- Prior experience leading globally distributed teams.
