Lead a team of React developers in delivering high-quality applications.
Translate business requirements into technical specs and implementation plans. Own task allocation, and code quality enforcement.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
Drive unit testing, documentation, and deployment readiness.

Strong proficiency in React.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, and modern state management (Redux, Context API, Zustand).
Solid understanding of component design, lazy loading, and performance tuning.
Experience with REST APIs, WebSockets, and integration patterns. Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD, and Agile/Scrum.
Excellent leadership, communication, and mentorship skills.
