Job description

As the DevOps Platform Operations Manager, you will lead a team responsible for the reliability, scalability, and operational excellence of our multiinstance, multitenant SaaS platform. This is a handson leadership role you will guide strategy while diving deep into incidents, platform operations, and cloud automation when needed.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and mentor DevOps and platform engineers supporting a multitenant SaaS environment.
  • Drive operational excellence across AWS and Azure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
  • Oversee endtoend release management, ensuring smooth, lowrisk deployments across multiple environments and tenants.
  • Standardize environments, enforce tenant isolation patterns, and strengthen platform consistency.
  • Partner with engineering, product, and security teams to evolve cloud architecture and operational maturity.
  • Respond to and lead resolution of production incidents, removing blockers and improving longterm resiliency.
  • Promote best practices in observability, automation, IaC, and cloud governance.

Requirements

  • 6 10+ years leading DevOps, SRE, or platform operations teams in multitenant SaaS environments.
  • Strong handson experience across AWS and Azure, including scaling, cost optimization, and reliability engineering.
  • Proven experience rolling out SaaS solutions at scale, including environment standardization and tenant isolation.
  • Deep understanding of CI/CD, release management, and cloud automation.
  • Ability to balance leadership with execution comfortable diving into technical details when needed.
  • Strong communication skills and a teamfirst mindset.
