Job description

  • Design, develop, and implement real-time and batch integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and other Oracle technology stack components.
  • Create integration architecture and solutions that align with business requirements and industry best practices.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using OTBI and BI Publisher, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of business insights based on business requirements
  • Provide technical support for integration- and reporting-related issues, including diagnosing problems, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and other technical team members to gather requirements, develop solutions, and ensure successful implementation.

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Technical Lead and Integration Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will possess deep expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud the Oracle technology stack, and Oracle reporting tools. This role requires proficiency in developing real-time and batch integrations, as well as hands-on experience in report development using OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and BI Publisher. he candidate should have extensive experience in integrating external nonOracle applications with Oracle Fusion modules such as Payroll, HCM, GL, Projects, and Purchasing using Oracle Integration Cloud. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience as a technical lead, with a minimum of 5 years specifically focused on Oracle Fusion applications and integration leveraging OIC., Mandatory

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Oracle technical lead, with at least 5 years focused on Oracle Fusion applications and integrations.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle SOA Suite, and other Oracle tech stack components.
  • Strong experience with report development using OTBI and BI Publisher.
  • Deep understanding of REST and SOAP web services, JSON, XML, and API-based integrations with external nonOracle applications
  • Solid understanding of integration concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Platform as a Service (PaaS) and other cloud-based integration platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical requirements and design effective solutions.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving and project delivery.
  • Willing to travel up to one week per month to various sites, as required. Travel frequency may vary depending on company policies and business need

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant Oracle Technical certifications are a plus.
  • Functional understanding of any of the Oracle products like HCM, Procurement, Projects, and financials
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle PaaS extensions, Visual Builder, or Application Composer.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Security Console, role-based access control (RBAC), and data security policies.
  • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps tools
  • Prior involvement in large-scale Oracle Fusion implementations or global rollouts.
  • Strong documentation skills, including technical design documents, integration specifications, and solution architecture diagram
