Job description
Leads the day to day activities of technician staff. Facilitates the timely resolution of all computer related questions, problems, and requests from end-users., 1. Leads team and schedules day-to-day activities. Provides work direction, career development and performance reviews. Responsible for staffing during normal hours.
- Leads team in administration and processing of all problems. Ensure that issues are responded to and resolved appropriately in a timely manner.
- Resolves the more complex problems, escalated by staff and provides direct assistance to end user. Functions as a liaison to other Hospital groups for ISD staff, when needed.
- Recommends and implements procedural changes and improvements to the ever-changing technological environment making it more efficient and responsive to end-user needs.
- Provides status reports and feedback to management. Interacts closely with other Hospital departments to better serve the end user community.
- Demonstrates and maintains a broad in-depth knowledge of supported software, related system requirements. Recommend new technology as appropriate.
- Trains new staff in daily operations and procedures of the department. Participates in and helps coordinates end-user trainings. Schedules for staff appropriate trainings

- Bachelor's Degree- Computer Science Programming, * 3 years' experience
