Job description
Insight Global is seeking a Software Developer - Integrations to support and own third party integrations across companys website and other customer-facing digital platforms. This role will have primary responsibility for the design, support, and enhancement of integrations such as Okta, Fusion Search, and Adobe Experience Manager. The developer will work closely with product ownership teams to deliver integration solutions in a timely manner while proactively identifying opportunities to improve or expand the usage of existing integrations. This role partners directly with infrastructure and cybersecurity teams to ensure Parker's externally facing applications are secure, performant, and scalable. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining backend services in .NET Core, supporting frontend integrations, monitoring production systems, responding to incidents, and leveraging analytics to continuously improve the user experience. This role requires a strong balance of hands-on development, cross-functional collaboration, and a mindset focused on continuous improvement and modern digital best practices.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline

4+ years of related IT / software development experience

Strong experience building and supporting production web applications

Hands-on experience with: o .NET Core (C#) for backend services o SQL Server for relational data storage o React, Angular, and/or Next.js for frontend development

Working knowledge of Azure DevOps (repos, pull requests, pipelines, work items)

Experience building solutions on Microsoft Azure

Experience implementing monitoring and observability using Application Insights

Hands-on familiarity with application security scanning tools: o SAST (Static Application Security Testing) o DAST (Dynamic Application Security Testing)

Strong understanding of secure coding practices, including authentication, authorization, input validation, and secrets management

Experience supporting production applications, including monitoring, incident response, and post-incident analysis

Experience interacting with a CMS and/or DAM
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience supporting or integrating with Okta
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Experience with enterprise search platforms (e.g., Fusion Search)
- Background working closely with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams
- Experience using analytics to drive UX improvements
