Software Engineer - AI Developer Tooling & Enablement

We are seeking a senior engineer to serve as a technical steward for our AI Developer Tooling & Enablement capability. This role involves providing administration and durable technical direction for key development tools, including GitHub, Cursor, and Claude. The position is essential for project support within the Global Tech organization, focusing on enhancing the developer experience., * Serve as a senior engineer and technical steward for the AI Developer Tooling & Enablement capability.

• Provide administration and durable technical direction for GitHub, Cursor, and Claude.
• Collaborate with the Developer Experience team to support ongoing projects.
• Maintain and improve software engineering standards and practices.
• Communicate technical concepts and direction to team members and stakeholders.

Experience: 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in software engineering principles.
• Experience with GitHub administration.
• Knowledge of Python.
• Familiarity with AWS.
• Experience with AI tooling such as Cursor, Claude, or similar platforms.

Professional Skills:

• Excellent communication skills are required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Golang.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Backstage development.

The pay rate for this position is between $51.00 and $61.33 per hour. Compensation may vary depending on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and other factors. A benefits package is available to eligible employees.
