Job description
Rate Range: $43/hour to $49/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Java Full Stack Job Responsibilities include: Architect and lead agentic AI-driven network orchestration platforms that enable autonomous service fulfillment across IP, Optical, and Wireless networks. Design intent-based networking solutions that translate business requests into secure, multi-vendor CLI/API configurations. Build and integrate real-time telemetry and RAG pipelines to support closed-loop assurance, predictive maintenance, and rapid fault resolution. Develop and enforce telco-grade guardrails, policies, and deterministic execution frameworks to ensure safe, compliant AI actions. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to design scalable Java (Spring Boot) backends and React-based frontends for AI platforms. Drive the transition from human-in-the-loop to human-on-the-loop operations while optimizing agent efficiency, cost, and SLA adherence.
Requirements
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Telecommunications, or a related engineering field. 8-10 years of experience in Java full-stack development, systems architecture, and enterprise-scale platform design. Proven experience building scalable backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, and modern distributed architectures. Hands-on exposure to AI-driven or automation platforms, including intent-based systems, telemetry processing, or network orchestration within telecom environments.
