We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer with strong expertise in Prompt Engineering and Generative AI to join our client s Workforce Technology team. This team supports key internal business functions including HR, Legal, Audit, Corporate Responsibility, and Finance., * Develop and scale effective prompts using Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, and Gemini

Design and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance business processes and workflows
Build and support AI agents or automation tools to streamline operations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reimagine process-intensive workflows
Apply AI for process improvement, efficiency, and productivity enhancements
Follow SOLID engineering principles and best practices
Ensure quality engineering and security testing standards are met
