Kforce has a client in Clearwster, FL that is seeking an Oracle Project Manager. This perm opportunity can sit fully remote (within Florida). Overview: We're seeking a mid-to-senior level Clinical Project Manager to lead and support enterprise technology and clinical system initiatives within a healthcare environment. This role requires a strong Oracle background and proven experience managing cross-functional projects, with exposure to hospital or clinical operations preferred. The PM will also support the organization's ongoing ServiceNow implementation. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management for clinical and enterprise system initiatives, with a primary focus on Oracle-based platforms
- Partner with clinical, IT, and business stakeholders to define scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables
- Manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and dependencies to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
- Support and coordinate the ServiceNow (SNOW) implementation, including vendor and stakeholder alignment
- Facilitate status meetings, executive reporting, and clear communication across teams
- Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies in regulated healthcare environments
- Ensure projects align with organizational standards, compliance requirements, and PMO best practices
Requirements
- 5+ years of Project Management experience (mid-senior level)
- Strong Oracle background required (either supporting Oracle or coming directly from Oracle)
- Experience in healthcare, hospital, or clinical settings (preferred)
- ServiceNow (SNOW) experience is a strong plus as they're currently kicking off a SNOW implementation
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
