The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst (P4) serves as a senior individual contributor responsible for delivering high-impact analytics, dashboards, and insights that support Pharmacy, Clinical Programs, Finance, and Operations. This role combines hands-on analytics delivery, technical leadership, and metric governance, translating complex business questions into trusted analytics assets., Analytics Delivery & Product Ownership:
- Own end-to-end delivery of Pharmacy Impact Analytics and Clinical Program dashboards.
- Translate ambiguous requirements into production-ready analytics solutions.
- Provide ongoing production support, validation, and enhancements.
Metric Governance & Scorecard Leadership:
- Lead metric intake, definition, and feasibility assessment.
- Partner with stakeholders to prioritize metrics.
- Establish documentation and governance standards.
Stakeholder Partnership:
- Serve as a trusted analytics partner to Pharmacy, Clinical Programs, Finance, and Operations leaders.
- Communicate insights through dashboards and executive summaries.
Technical Leadership:
- Apply advanced SQL and BI expertise.
- Ensure data quality and reusable analytics logic.
- Mentor junior analysts.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of analytics or business intelligence experience.
- Advanced SQL and dashboard development experience.
- Experience supporting executive-level reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare, oncology, or pharmacy analytics experience.
- Experience with enterprise scorecards and data governance.
P4 Role Expectations
- Operates independently with limited direction.
- Recognized as a subject-matter expert.
- Influences decisions through data and insight.

$114,200 - $190,400
