Full Stack WordPress Developer (Part-Time)

• Manage WordPress multisite environment
• Ensure performance, security, and reliability
• Handle plugin updates, patching, and version control
• Support DevOps (deployment, monitoring, uptime)
• Work with Pantheon hosting platform
• Collaborate with internal web services team
• Ensure WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility compliance
• Provide reporting, performance tracking, and recommendations

• Graduation

Work Experience Mandatory:

• Minimum 5+ years of web development experience
• Strong experience in WordPress development (multisite preferred)
• Experience with PHP, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS
• Experience with APIs and RESTful services
• Experience with Git/version control
• Strong understanding of WCAG accessibility standards

Education/Certifications Nice To Have:

• Certifications in Web Development / Accessibility / Agile (preferred but not required)

Work Experience Nice To Have:

• Experience in K-12 or public sector
• Experience with Pantheon hosting platform
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (New Relic, SolarWinds, ThousandEyes)
