Job description
Supports Delivery of predefined and ad hoc analytics solutions for pharmaceutical manufacturers. Responsible for data analysis, insight development, and preparation of client-ready materials within established product frameworks. Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conducts data analysis and quality assurance to support client deliverables
- Develops dashboards, reports, and presentation materials aligned with product standards
- Identifies key performance drivers and trends within defined analytical frameworks
- Supports ad hoc analyses under direction of Engagement Manager
- Ensures documentation and reproducibility of analytical processes
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to refine methodologies and templates
- Maintains compliance with data privacy, security, and governance standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required.(Business Administration, Data Science, Business Analytics, Informatics)
- Advanced quantitative or analytical coursework preferred (Data Science, Business Analytics, Informatics)
Prior Relevant Work Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in consulting, pharma services, data delivery, or client engagement leadership
- Experience working with large healthcare or pharmaceutical datasets preferred

Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $83,430.00 - $203,940.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
