Job description
- As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for driving the vision for the product by being the voice of the customer and following a human-centered design approach.
- You will shape and manage the product roadmap and product backlog, ensuring the product team consistently delivers on the client's needs and wants.
- Your role involves validating and testing ideas through recurrent feedback loops to ensure knowledge discovery informs timely direction changes.
- You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the continuous refinement of the product backlog to align with evolving customer needs and business goals.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment on product priorities.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation.
- Support and mentor team members by sharing expertise and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in product management and agile methodologies to elevate team performance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in Software Product Management.
- Minimum of 3 years of Agile Project Management experience.
- High School Diploma or GED, * Bachelors or Associates degree
- Proficiency in Product Innovation Strategy
- Agile Methods ADM for Distributed Agile Development experience
- Microsoft Azure DevOps Boards experience
