Oracle Consultant

o Analyze and document end-to-end customer invoicing and Order to Cash processes o Develop SOPs, workflows, desk-level procedures, and RACI documentation o Partner with SMEs to review, validate, and finalize process documentation o Identify opportunities for process streamlining and operational efficiency o Recommend technology enhancements leveraging Oracle Fusion, ServiceNow, and Automation Anywhere o Define KPIs, SLAs, and quality metrics for performance improvement o Support internal controls, compliance, and audit-ready processes

o Bachelor's degree o Strong knowledge of end-to-end finance operations and internal controls o Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion (Invoicing module required) o Experience in Order to Cash, invoicing, or finance process management
