This role will provide the technical leadership to support a growing Appian practice.

Lead Appian engagements from a technical perspective, ensuring that sound design and best development practices are implemented
Willing to be hands on in supporting the development, testing and debugging of applications.
Maintain expert knowledge on Appian capabilities and apply them to solving client business problems in support RFP responses and pre-sales efforts.
Mentor Junior developers to grow the Allwyn Appian practice.
Must have Appian RPA experience.
Certification: Appian Certified Lead Developer or Architect required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems or related engineering elds, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5+ years of Appian implementation experience including hands-on Appian Developer experience in a senior/lead role for production applications
Experience in configuring, debugging, and testing systems including building user interfaces, reports, underlying logic, and interface components as an Appian developer.
Strong knowledge of relational database (SQL Server) design and SQL.
Progressive experience as a developer in an agile environment.
Must have Appian RPA experience.
Certification: Appian Certified Lead Developer or Architect required
