- Work with both physical and virtual servers, and be responsible for tasks like virus updates, patches, and performance tuning.
Requirements
Microsoft SQL Database, VMware Clusters, Windows Engineering, Windows System Administration, 15 + years of related experience, * Education: Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering, or other IT-related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
- Experience: 15+ years
- Required technical skills:
- Experience with Windows systems engineering and administration, including:
- MSSQL databases
- Active Directory Certificate Services (ADCS)
- VM clusters
- Hyper-V
- Data Protection Manager
- PowerShell scripting
- Demonstrated experience with Assessment and Authorization (A&A) processes to accredit security-controlled systems.
- Tools and technologies:
- Windows Server operating systems (e.g., Server 2016, Server 2019, Server 2022).
- Windows desktop operating systems (e.g., Windows 10, Windows 11).
- Microsoft Group Policy Management (for managing settings across multiple machines).
- Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) (for managing updates).
- Virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
- Security clearance level: TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Location: Dulles, VA (On Customer Site)

The likely salary range for this position is $199,750 - $270,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
