Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning and Generative AI solutions, including LLM-based architectures, RAG pipelines, and fine-tuned foundation models. Automate and optimize the end-to-end ML lifecycle, covering data preparation, experimentation, training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring. Build self-running, production-grade ML systems for use cases such as NLP, conversational AI, computer vision, and intelligent automation. Develop supporting services and APIs (e.g., FastAPI) to expose ML and GenAI capabilities to downstream applications and platforms. Collaborate with data engineering, product, and cloud teams to ensure scalable, secure, and cost-efficient ML solutions on GCP. Required Qualifications: GCP (Google Cloud Platform) experience or knowledge required for this role. Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a closely related technical field. 8+ years of hands-on development experience, with 10+ years overall IT experience in ML, AI, or advanced analytics roles. Proven expertise in designing and deploying Generative AI solutions, including LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, and prompt engineering in production environments. Strong hands-on experience with Python, SQL, cloud-native ML platforms on GCP, and building scalable APIs and ML systems using tools such as FastAPI, Docker, and Git.
