Job description
We are seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to play a key role in a large-scale ERP and HCM transformation, including the migration from a legacy platform to Oracle Fusion. This highly visible role will lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide architectural solutions that align technology strategy with business objectives. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, translating complex business requirements into scalable, integrated system designs while partnering closely with stakeholders and vendors to deliver secure, compliant, and future-ready solutions., * Design and implement complex architectural solutions that align technology with business strategy
- Lead the development of enterprise systems and applications, ensuring scalability, security, and integration across platforms
- Translate business requirements into detailed system, application, and process designs for large, complex IT initiatives
- Lead and support large-scale, project-based initiatives, occasionally working onsite with stakeholders
- Provide architectural leadership across ERP and HCM transformation efforts
- Oversee vendor evaluation, selection, and management
- Conduct architecture reviews and provide recommendations on design best practices and risk mitigation
- Serve as a Senior architecture subject matter expert and trusted advisor to leadership
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions when appropriate
- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and industry standards
- Provide guidance on complex technical challenges and mentor technical team members
- Act as a technical lead when required and support cross-functional collaboration
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Enterprise, Solution, and Integration Architecture expertise
- Oracle Fusion (ERP / HCM)
- Experience working in Agile environments
- API and integration architecture
- Data architecture and data governance
- 6+ years of experience with HCM or ERP migrations to Oracle Fusion
- Proven experience with enterprise and integration architecture
- Hands-on experience with testing, release, and change management strategies
- Strong background in data architecture and governance, including establishing governance models
- Ability to travel up to 20% for key meetings, training, and conferences
