Job description

Lead strategic and operational excellence for enterprise business applications. Bridge business leadership and IT, enabling operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making. Focus on enterprise applications supporting manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and related functions. Implement continuous improvement initiatives for business applications. Ensure applications support scalability, compliance, and efficiency. Work in a collaborative, innovative, and accountable environment., Manage the ERP platform across the enterprise, ensuring alignment with business strategy. Oversee integrations with shop floor systems and third-party platforms. Define and maintain ERP architecture for a complex global environment. Lead ERP roadmap, ensuring program delivery on-time and on-budget. Mentor and develop ERP system analyst team members.

Requirements

Bachelor''s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business required; Master''s preferred. 10 years of progressive IT experience, including leadership of ERP and enterprise applications. Experience with ERP systems in a multi-site organization. Proven leadership in ERP implementations or transformations. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
