IT Project Manager

• In this role, you'll partner with cross-functional teams to:
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions and gather insights
• Help shape solutions and improve processes
• Create clear documentation and recommendations
• Drive alignment and keep initiatives moving forward

• Experience working in a stakeholder-facing project, consulting, or change management role.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to synthesize input into clear, actionable deliverables.
• Comfortable working across teams to drive alignment and progress.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with Jira / Confluence.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with federal clients or CMS.
• Background in healthcare, insurance, or marketplace programs.
• Experience supporting process improvement or transformation initiatives.

Salary Range: $100K- $120K Our final salary offer will be based on several factors, including depth of technical skills, work experience, education, certifications, and clearance
