Job description
In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of end-to-end AI and content management solutions, leveraging modern GenAI capabilities and enterprise AI platforms such as IBM Watson. You will architect and build scalable AI systems including LLM-powered applications, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and agent-based solutions. The role involves developing multi-model orchestration pipelines using frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph, integrating vector databases, and deploying solutions on cloud platforms. You will also lead model tuning and optimization efforts using advanced techniques such as PEFT, LoRA, and QLoRA, while ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability. Additionally, you will engage with stakeholders to define AI strategies, lead solution discussions, and drive adoption of AI-driven transformation initiatives across the organization.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, NLP/NLU, and machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow. Proficiency in Python and experience building scalable AI pipelines, APIs, and microservices is essential. Hands-on experience with vector databases, Hugging Face ecosystem, and APIs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or Claude is required. Candidates should also have a strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
