• Develop test plans, QA processes, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategies.
• Create detailed test cases aligned with business requirements, designs, and software components.
• Maintain SDLC traceability between requirements, test cases, and system components.
• Perform user interface testing, regression testing, and system validation.
• Test applications for reliability, stability, and performance.
• Execute quality assurance testing including negative and usability testing.
• Design and execute automated test scripts with oversight.
• Participate in defect triage, retesting, and resolution processes.
• Create QA documentation, reports, and testing artifacts.

• 3 years of experience in healthcare operations (preferably Medicaid).
• 3 years of experience preparing and communicating test status reports and defect tracking.
• 3 years of hands-on experience with formal test design tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with development and business teams.

Preferred Skills:

• 5+ years of experience with large enterprise or e-business systems.
• 3+ years of experience with testing tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Confluence.
