Job description

Create highly intuitive frontend and user experience (UX) solutions for clinicians which integrate AI features by leveraging Software as a Service (SaaS) applications, cloud-based platforms, backend systems, API design, and programming languages including Scala, Python, and Java. Coordinate projects through the full software development lifecycle including: design, development, testing, operating in production. Develop software solutions to achieve a high level of modularity, reusability, scalability, and security. Independently develop designs for straightforward User Interface (UI) features without the support of a User Experience (UX) Designer. Collaborate with the product and UX teams to identify and verify new user interface designs for development to enhance the company's product offerings. Participate in development sprint review, sprint planning, and Scrum team meetings to coordinate immediate software development tasks and define medium-term work items for the engineering team. Participate in team and project management meetings to define the long-term project timeline and major milestones. Participate in frequent product development work to facilitate engineering knowledge transfer and foster familiarity with the company's technology across organization. Perform iterative design cycles and on-time feature releases using agile methods of development. Telecommuting permitted., appealing, scalable, event driven, structured front-end interfaces, and automated development workflows using tools Webpack, Node.js, CSS, and GitHub; 4) Conducting UI automation testing to create reliable and defect-free user interfaces using Cypress and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) methodology for unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing; 5) optimizing web applications for user interaction with large, structured data sets using object-oriented programming (OOP) for managing user policies and documents; and 6) supporting Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines within an AWS cloud environment. Requirements

Requires a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Software Development, or a related field, and two years (24 months) of experience in the job offered or in a position developing frontend UX solutions within an AWS cloud environment. Or in the alternate, a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Software Development, or a related field, and five years (60 months) of experience in the job offered or in a position developing frontend UX solutions within an AWS cloud environment. Also requires two (2) years of experience in each: 1) Building React-based UI components (both class and functional) to create interactive and dynamic user experiences, using tools - React class component, typescript, flow, JavaScript, Node.js, and Storybook; 2) Integrating API backends to create a functional application ecosystem using Scala, Python, and REST API design principles; 3) Utilizing UI development tools to create visually, We require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps and, specifically for all call center employees, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router.

Benefits & conditions

Salary: $226,600 to $236,600 per year., The expected base salary/wage range for this position is $. All compensation determinations are based on the skills and experience required for the position and commensurate with experience of selected individuals, which may vary above and below the stated amounts.
