Job description
CGI is seeking a Scrum Master/Agile Coach to join our Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile technical project management and product leadership, as well as strong experience working as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
This is a 9-month role with likely extensions. This position can be performed remotely within the United States.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
*Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
*Manage ticket creation, backlog grooming, and dependency coordination
*Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation
*Identify and resolve blockers to ensure smooth sprint execution
*Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and client stakeholders
*Drive data-driven delivery and demo readiness
*Foster team collaboration and lead by influence
*Act as a bridge between business vision and technical execution
Requirements
*Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
*5+ years of experience in technical project management within Agile environments.
*3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master within Agile environments.
*Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and other project management tools
*Strong communication, leadership, and emotional intelligence
*Experience with mobile application development is a strong plus
*Prior experience in product development or innovative delivery environments

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $100,800.00 - $198,400.00.
