Job description

As part of the Enterprise Architecture unit, you'll support the effective execution of technology strategy, ensuring business and IT alignment, and facilitating adoption of Humana's architecture principles, standards, policies, and methodologies.
Align business vision and technology strategy to deliver critical outcomes and define enterprise standards. Lead modernization initiatives, optimize resources and costs, and drive adoption of lean, agile architecture practices. Collaborate across business and IT teams to document current and target architectures, support innovation, and reduce risk and complexity. Guide application modernization, cloud platform evolution, and maintain enterprise standards and policies. Mentor architects and application teams, support governance processes, and ensure technology execution aligns with business goals., Employees who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense. Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job. Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Progressive experience as a senior architect or technical lead in large IT projects spanning multiple enterprise systems
- 10 or more years design, development, and testing of software applications
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

- Master's Degree

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$117,600 - $161,700 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
