You are expected to work closely with engineers, data scientists, and product leaders. You will translate AI capabilities into practical applications. You will help teams improve velocity, quality, and impact.
What You'll Do
Program Leadership Using Advanced Technology
Guide strategic efforts that embed AI within product functionalities and internal development operations. Encourage adoption of GenAI and Agentic AI to boost speed, quality, and scalability of outcomes.
AI-Powered Cross-Functional Efficiency
Identify and implement opportunities to use AI to streamline collaboration across product, engineering, design, and operations. Reduce friction in workflows through automation, intelligent tooling, and AI-assisted decision-making.
AI Innovation & Application
Stay at the forefront of AI/ML advancements and actively translate emerging technologies into actionable solutions. Apply AI to real-world problems across product development, program management, and operational efficiency.
Execution Excellence (Augmented by AI)
Drive clarity, accountability, and transparency across programs using AI-enhanced insights, forecasting, and prioritization. Optimize trade-offs related to resources, sequencing, and timelines using data-driven and AI-supported approaches.
Program Delivery
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs, ensuring alignment across all involved groups while applying AI to improve planning accuracy, risk identification, and execution speed.
Requirements
At Adobe, we are shaping a future centered on AI-embedding AI extensively into our products and development lifecycle. We seek an experienced Program Manager for Adobe Express to support the acceleration of this transformation. This role calls for deep practical experience in AI and a demonstrated ability to boost cross-functional efficiency through AI-enabled workflows, automation, and decision-making., Effectively communicate insights derived from artificial intelligence, technical trade-offs, and program status to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Strong applied AI fluency, including experience with Generative AI, Agentic systems, or AI-assisted development workflows
- Demonstrated ability to use AI to increase cross-functional efficiency, decrease cycle time, and improve team productivity
- Experience applying AI technologies to products and/or internal tools to drive measurable impact
- Demonstrated history of applying AI to improve software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes (e.g., code generation, testing, planning, or analytics)
- Ability to translate complex AI concepts into practical, scalable solutions across teams
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking mentality with a focus on optimization and automation, * 10+ years of experience in software engineering, technical program management, or technical product management
- Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives across diverse teams
- Demonstrated success in driving operational efficiency and transformation, ideally employing AI or automation
- Strong expertise in portfolio, resource, and process management
- Demonstrated skill in building relationships and influencing across a globally distributed organization
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience (advanced degree preferred)
Benefits & conditions
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $146,300 -- $277,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $191,600 - $277,400
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
