Job description

As a pivotal DevOps Engineer, you will architect, implement, and optimize scalable infrastructure solutions across dynamic cloud environments. This role is essential for driving world-class production reliability, automation, and security for high-traffic systems.   • Manage end-to-end cloud infrastructure, addressing real production issues and ensuring high system availability.
  • Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CDK).
  • Drive cost optimization initiatives and monitor resource utilization across multiple cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Champion DevSecOps best practices, including container security, API protection, and secret management.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive observability through logging, metrics, alerting, and rapid debugging strategies.
  • Mentor and set standards for the next wave of DevOps hires, fostering a culture of technical excellence.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps roles with strong AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker expertise.
  • Deep technical knowledge of DevSecOps toolkits, including Jenkins, Terraform, Git/Version control, and containerization technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with large-scale, high-availability production environments and real-time issue resolution.
  • Solid understanding of DevOps automation tools (Terraform, GitHub Actions) and best practices for zero-downtime deployments.
  • Proficiency in infrastructure security: IAM, secrets management, network security, and API protection.
  • Proven experience with AWS services (RDS, S3, Lambda, EC2, ECS, API Gateway, WAF), with exposure to GCP/Azure in multi-cloud setups.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration and documentation., * Experience with security platforms such as Prisma Cloud, SIEM, CrowdStrike, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with API and container security in cloud-native environments.
  • Demonstrated leadership in mentoring, standard-setting, or guiding DevOps teams through infrastructure evolution.

Benefits & conditions

$200,000 - $300,000 yearly.
