• Experience working with RF lab test equipment including signal generators, spectrum analyzers and power meters.
• Experience with modem testing/design.
• Experience with network analysis tools such as IXIA and Wireshark.
• Experience designing, building, testing and optimizing complex electrical systems.
• Provides extensive systems engineering expertise in a broad field of engineering, research, evaluation and development for highly complex and technical SATCOM, airborne and ground products.
• Assists in the planning and conducting of technical projects or portions of projects.
• Assists in the capture and/or management of customer and derived requirements, decomposition and assignment of requirements to appropriate functional areas of responsibility, insuring traceability from a verification test Matrix back to original customer and system level derived requirements.
• Provides support to lead engineers in developing technical specifications, interface control documents, test plans and procedures, configuration analysis and processing solutions, and test conformance to specifications. Ability to obtain a secret security clearance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant (Systems) experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Experience in product development a plus (preferably in military application environment).
• Experience with type 1 encryption products and cyber security.
• Presentation and communication skills (verbal/written/visual).
• Problem solving skills and the ability to meet critical deadlines.
• Understanding in coordination of project(s) and efforts of technical support personnel.
• Ability to productively contribute work, ideas and collaboration as part of a team.
• Active Secret Security Clearance.
