Job description

The Mobile Device Engineer is responsible for implementing design, build, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, monitoring, and reporting of Mobile Devices. This position will manage Froedtert Health's Mobile Device Management (MDM) environment while participating in project discovery sessions providing insight. This position performs deployments, installations, troubleshooting and maintenance of the MDM environment.

Requirements

Three or more years of experience in Mobility Systems Administration or related technologies in use by Froedtert Health., Knowledge of computer, mobility and network principles at a level normally acquired through completion of an Bachelor's degree in a relevant technology field or acquired through a combination of education and experience is required., Knowledge of MDM management practices with Apple Device Manager. Strong problem-solving skills.

Team player with excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Understanding of mobile device management platforms.

Ability to communicate, both oral and written, effectively with all levels of management and technical team.

Concisely, logically and accurately present issues verbally and in written format.

Understands network infrastructure necessary to support mobile devices.

Builds and maintains strong customer relationships.

Knowledge of MECM/SCCM and Intune, preferred

Pay is expected to be between: (expressed as hourly) $30.41 - $52.02. Final compensation is based on experience and will be discussed with you by the recruiter during the interview process.
