Job description

As a Technical Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and training innovative AI models within a transformative AI agent project. This expert-level position allows you to leverage your hands-on coding experience and technical architecture skills in a dynamic remote environment, directly influencing the development of next-generation AI solutions., * Architect and design robust, scalable solutions across the full stack, focusing on AI agent development initiatives.

Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, data scientists, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliverables.
Develop and refine AI models by applying best practices and deep technical insight.
Write, review, and optimize code, ensuring quality, maintainability, and alignment with project goals.
Guide the team in implementing design patterns and architectural best practices for both frontend and backend systems.
Document architectural decisions and communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Foster a collaborative, knowledge-sharing environment that prioritizes clear written and verbal communication.

Requirements

Expertise in any coding language (React, Node.js, JAVA, JavaScript, PHP, Wordpress, etc.).
Demonstrated hands-on coding experience, with a strong architectural mindset.
Proven ability to design, implement, and optimize scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for clarity and detail.
Experience working on AI or machine learning projects, especially in training AI models.
Adept at working independently in a remote team setting as well as collaboratively across disciplines.
Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and frameworks as needed., * Previous experience as a technical architect on AI-driven projects.
Strong background in contributing to or leading complex, distributed systems.
Demonstrated success in training or mentoring teams in advanced technology areas.
