UML/JSON/Financial/Code/Analyse Medior Functional Analyst - Freelance Mission until end of 2026 (non-renewable). We are looking for a Functional Analyst able to translate complex business needs into robust IT solutions, fully aligned with enterprise architecture and delivered within an Agile environment. Guide business stakeholders in defining the most appropriate solution and propose alternatives aligned with IT standards. Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications. Define application impacts, collaborate with architects, and coordinate all involved IT asset teams. Follow up on development, testing, integration and deployment activities. Analyse defects, support release processes, and provide production support when needed. Ability to read code (SQL, Java), work with JSON/YAML, and basic scripting. Good understanding of Java, Object-Oriented principles & Cloud integration concepts. Solid experience in Agile/Scrum and cross-functional collaboration. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Functional Analyst. Mandatory experience in the financial sector . Excellent command of English + French or Dutch.
