Job description

As an Analytics Manager, you will own the analytics strategy and execution for our Product & Business Segments within the respective domain. You are responsible for ensuring data is at the core of decision-making, fostering a strong data culture, and enabling teams to deliver measurable business impact. You will work in a cross-functional setup, leading a team of ~4 data analysts while partnering closely with engineers, designers, product managers, and senior business stakeholders. This is a, Define and align domain-level KPIs and OKRs, ensuring teams are focused on the highest-impact opportunities. Establish frameworks that connect product initiatives to measurable business outcomes., Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing decision-making through high-level insights and clear recommendations. Translate complex data into business strategy.

Handle stakeholders:

Own relationships with senior stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Tech and Leadership. Align cross-functional priorities and ensure analytics work is tightly integrated with broader business goals.

Evaluate initiatives:

Oversee experimentation and measurement strategy across teams. Ensure robust test design, execution, and interpretation, maintaining a high bar for analytical rigor and business relevance.

Contribute to self-serve data platform:

Drive the development of scalable analytics foundations in partnership with engineering. Ensure teams have access to reliable data, tools, and frameworks to independently generate insights.

Provide monitoring tools:

Ensure the team delivers high-quality dashboards and monitoring systems that track performance against company OKRs. Define standards for clarity, usability, and impact.

Improve data literacy of organisation:

Scale data literacy across the organization by enabling teams to better understand and use data. Establish training programs, frameworks, and best practices that empower self-serve analytics.

Be part of our data-community:

Lead collaboration across analytics teams, contributing to shared standards, tooling, and strategic initiatives. Act as a thought leader within the broader data organization.

Support some of the following product & business team initiatives (not limited to):

  • Guide teams in discovering new product opportunities, identifying user friction points, and prioritizing high-impact initiatives
  • Ensure continuous product releases are evaluated against business goals using robust analytical methods
  • Partner with UX research to combine qualitative and quantitative insights for stronger decision-making
  • Ensure data tracking and instrumentation are properly designed to enable future analysis and measurement
  • Personally lead the most complex and ambiguous analyses within the domain, setting the standard for quality and impact

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an individual contributor in analytics or a related field
  • 1+ year of experience managing people, leading a team of 3-4 data analysts
  • Proven track record of driving business impact through data, * Causal inference & impact measurement: Deep expertise in methods (uplift modeling, quasi-experiments, counterfactuals) to measure true business impact beyond surface metrics.
  • Experimentation: Strong track record designing and scaling A/B, multivariate, and observational analyses when experimentation isn't feasible.
  • Strategic problem-solving: Ability to structure ambiguous business problems into rigorous analytical frameworks that inform product and growth strategy.
  • Analytics & Engineering: High proficiency in SQL and Python/R for analysis, experimentation, and modeling.
  • LLM & self-serve analytics: Experience leveraging LLMs and conversational interfaces to enable scalable, self-serve analytics.
  • Data storytelling: Communicates complex insights clearly using modern BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Metabase, Superset).
  • Stakeholder influence: Confident communicator with fluency in English, who challenges assumptions, aligns cross-functional teams, and drives data-informed decisions., * Experience in the specific domain
