Overview

A leading global manufacturing organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the integration of business processes within a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programme. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, delivery leadership, and stakeholder engagement to ensure seamless alignment between business and IT functions.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery

• Lead end-to-end delivery of business process integration within the SAP S/4HANA landscape
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring delivery to scope, time, budget, and quality expectations
• Identify and manage interdependencies across functional, technical, and business workstreams
• Proactively manage risks, issues, and mitigation plans throughout the project lifecycle

Technical Coordination

• Act as the central coordination point between internal technical teams and third-party vendors
• Ensure alignment on integration design, requirements, and delivery milestones

Stakeholder Management & Communication

• Serve as the primary interface between business stakeholders, data teams, and IT functions
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, validate solutions, and drive alignment
• Provide clear and consistent reporting to senior stakeholders on progress, risks, and key decisions

Issue Resolution

• Lead the identification and resolution of integration challenges during implementation and post-go-live phases

Documentation & Governance

• Maintain high-quality documentation of integration processes, configurations, and workflows
• Support audit and governance requirements as needed

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in IT integration and project delivery, with a strong focus on SAP programmes
• Proven track record delivering SAP S/4HANA implementations
• Strong understanding of SAP modules within manufacturing environments (eg PP, MES, PLM)
• Proven experience leading cross-functional and technical teams in complex environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Desirable Skills

• SAP certifications in relevant modules
• Experience working within agile or hybrid delivery environments

• 10+ years of experience in IT integration and project delivery, with a strong focus on SAP programmes
