Getzap is looking for a highly skilled Backend Engineer III to architect, build, and scale distributed backend systems for real-time gaming platforms. This role requires 5-7 years of backend engineering experience, proficiency in languages like Java, Go, Node.js, or Python, and a solid understanding of system design and algorithms. - Strong proficiency in any one or more: Java, Go, Node.js, or Python.
- Strong understanding of system design, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
- Experience with distributed systems and high-concurrency environments.
- Solid understanding of caching, queues, and asynchronous processing.
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS preferred).
- Strong debugging and performance optimization skills., * Design and build scalable, high-performance backend systems and microservices.
- Architect distributed systems capable of handling high concurrency and real-time traffic.
