IT Manager

You'll be responsible for the smooth running, development, and security of the company's IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring everything operates efficiently to support the wider business., * Managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, networks, and systems

• Overseeing servers, hardware, software, and cloud services
• Ensuring system security, backups, and disaster recovery processes
• Providing hands-on technical support and troubleshooting issues
• Managing IT projects, upgrades, and system implementations
• Supporting and improving ERP/business systems
• Liaising with external suppliers and service providers
• Identifying opportunities to improve systems, efficiency, and performance

This isn't a purely strategic role - we're looking for someone who is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves and getting involved in day-to-day technical operations., * Proven experience in an IT Manager / Infrastructure / Systems-focused role

• Strong technical knowledge across:

• Networks, servers, and IT infrastructure
• Microsoft environments (Windows Server, Office 365, etc.)
• Cybersecurity and data protection best practices

• Experience managing or supporting ERP or business systems
• A hands-on, proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of IT operations
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical teams, * Industry certifications such as Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Network+, Security+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator or AWS Solutions Architect.
